Single-stage AD

· Lab-scale two-stage AD system were consisted of an acid fermenter(2.6 L), a methane fermenter(15.4 L), a constant temperature water-bath, monitoring and control equipments, and a peristaltic pump.
· The heating jacket was installed at the outside of AD reactor and temperature was maintained by supplying hot water. The digester was mixed completely using mechanical mixer and internal recycle.
· The gas collector as cylinder type(effective volume of 60 L) was made of acryl where the water level could be variable.
