Network building for Resource Recycle
We can reuse the waste resources and process by-products which were produced from the chemical processes. This will be able to save operating cost as well as to recycle valuable resource.
But if certain by-product can be reused as an external carbon source several tests should be carried out in advance. These may include identification of various toxic effects on microbial reaction, any disturbance material is contained, carbon source contents for denitrification, and necessity for additional purification.
In these respects we possess such technologies as waste analysis, biodegradability analysis, analysis for denitrification capacity, and etc.
Finally we are working on R&D for reuse of waste resource and building recycle network which connects between waste producer and consumer of recovered resource as shown in the following figure.
